Privacy policy
Last updated October 21, 2026
This policy explains what information SolveAI collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and, once launched, the SolveAI application.
What we collect
- Early-access requests: the email address, optional company name and plan you submit.
- Account data (after launch): name, email, team membership and preferences.
- Test data (after launch): workflow definitions, run logs and artifacts you choose to generate, and encrypted secrets for your test environments.
- Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address and user agent, retained for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To contact you about early access, operate and secure the service, run the tests you configure, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
AI processing
Instructions, step definitions and failure evidence may be sent to an AI model provider to generate workflows and diagnoses. Secrets are redacted before any such request. We use providers that do not train on customer data submitted through their APIs.
Retention
Run artifacts are kept for your plan's retention period and then deleted. Early-access requests are kept until launch or until you ask us to remove them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your information at any time through the contact channel listed on this site.
Changes
We will post updates here and change the date above. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders.
