These terms govern your use of SolveAI. By joining early access or using the service you agree to them.

Early access

SolveAI is pre-release software. Features, limits and pricing may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. Do not rely on early-access runs as your only quality gate.

Acceptable use

• Only test systems you own or are explicitly authorised to test.
• Do not use SolveAI for load testing, denial of service, credential stuffing, scraping or vulnerability exploitation against third parties.
• Do not attempt to escape worker isolation or access other customers' data.

Your content

You own your workflows, results and artifacts. You grant SolveAI the limited rights needed to store and process them to provide the service.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping API keys and test credentials confidential. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

Fees

Early access is free. Paid plans, when introduced, will be billed as described on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, SolveAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using SolveAI at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
